WTB Quadrajet 704128 - parts carb

Wanting either decent main body or parts carb due to cracked damaged body on mine. Important part is that main body is rebuild-able. This is on a 72 with 350 Auto. Let me know what you have.

The casting number on early carburetors should be 7 digits. What is the complete casting number on your Qjet?

Ouch...my mistake.
my carb is 7041208. This carb is not the original for the truck, but this is the carb I am trying to repair. Would consider a different casting, correct for a 72 350 auto c-10. I may need to do a bit more research, but not overly concerned with a matching numbers carb since this is not the original carb, nor original engine.

thanks for catching the missing digit.

Looking at how to decode, and the carb I have looks to be for a 71. So, as you said, the "correct" carb might be 7042208.......as I said, I am flexible, looking mostly for a parts carb. My carb was rebuilt not long ago, but has a crack in the main body, and so far, efforts to seal have been futile.

thanks.

Would you happen to have a decent main body (only)? Carb I have is nice, except for a crack in the main body, so ideally I would like to just swap in a good body.

Thanks to all who offered up carbs. One of the fellow board members offered up a carb body which should work to replace the cracked one on mine.
thanks
