Used washer, as the original washer is hardened the ones you get are stamped from mild steel and become concaved before crushing the sleeve I have called several companies who offer a replacement nuts and washers and they don’t know if they’re washer is hardened or not the ones you get from Richmond gear are not nuts you can get anywhere

Why don’t you case harden it yourself, I’m sure the temperature necessary, probably red hot is out there to be found, a container of used oil to quench it and you have your part….

And if you over temper it ?

I know there are a lot of scrap 12 bolts sum one will have one or sum one will tell me who sells a hardened one

Being this is under compression with something behind it, I would highly doubt that, its not rocket science, I watch my friends who make precision parts for weapons do it regularly, just get your temperature you need to hit and make it happen…or just wait for someone…….

Thanks, your seller All Powersports Drivetrain - https://www.ebay.com/itm/19239887496...0AAOSw-09aNBZx
Quick has them also - https://www.ebay.com/itm/39143528587...EAAOSwYmZXElEz
Big difference I see.

Re: Wanted

It’s hard to know looking at a picture but the one from Quick looks like they are just stamped steel like the junk that comes in the kits so I went with powersports and its quality
