Rear Sway bar and loweing blocks
 

When i bought my truck it had lowering blocks installed. Can I still run a rear sway bar ?

If you have trailing arm suspension, you already have an integrated sway bar. You see, the axle is U-bolted directly to the trailing arms. So as one tire goes up, it has to twist and flex the control arms, thereby offering a measure of sway resistance.

Your biggest bang for the buck is to replace the front bar with a 1-ton (1.25") bar.

Yes you can.

I would recommend you get one that goes over the frame and doesn't mount to the bottom of the trailing arms.

Do not buy the CPP trash like I did. The sway bar mounts end up as the lowest point on the truck. Can't wait to see if they hit road debris and get ripped off. Also I had to modify the way they mount to the trailing arms because it's a bad design and CPP was no help.
