Tire size Q's

Hi guy's, I'm looking for tire size recommendations for my 72 C10 build. It's a 72 C10 LWB. It will have 3-4 lower kit. I'm thinking a 255/60R15 rear and 245/60R15 front. Or maybe 245/60R15 all the way around. I'm using 15x8 factory rallies. Any pics of such and suggestions would be great. Thanks

I think long beds look better low and level,

But that said , 255 to 245 won’t rake it out much

245/60-15's = ~26.57" tall.
255/60-15's = ~27.04" tall.
Both are shorter than an original size range (27.7 - 28.8).

Clearance-wise you'd be good.
Visually, it comes down to personal preferences.

What “look” are you going for?
That plays a huge factor in choosing tires.
Since you are a lowered, I am assuming that you like the sporty look, over the utilitarian look.
I have my truck lowered 3” in the front, 3 1/2-4” in the back.
I have run as wide as 325/50r15 in the rear, and currently have 295/59r15 in the rear. 245/60r15 fronts both times.

To me, my truck still has to drop down in the rear, as it has too much rake to it.
And to me, the fender wells are still not filled enough.

I have new tires being mounted on my new wheels today, 20 x 10 front, 20 x 12 rear.
Front tires are 275/35r20, rears are 29/15r20.
No pictures yet.
