What size lowering block?
Looking for some info on lowering blocks. What detemines the size of the rear lowering block? In the front I have 21/2 drop spindles and will be installing airbags. The rear has a large
c-notch and will also have airbags. What size lowering block do you use? Thanks for the help, Pete |
I would say 2 or 3". Deflate the bags and see how much clearance you have. There are a lot of guys on here who have fabbed up there own out of bar stock steel material. I wish I could just throw a set of blocks on mine. My 72 has rear leafs, sucks, sucks.

The lowering block goes on top of the truck arm, but below the axle tube. You probably already knew that though. Check out www.djmsuspension.com Good Luck!!

I'm running bill turner 4 inch weld on blocks. I'm going to be laying frame on 20's with about a 29 inch tall tire!
