Wanted 67 nos door handle
 

Wanted 67 only nos drivers side exterior door handle, the body shop was supposed to modify the door to fit the 68-72 handle, when I tighten the bolts the handle tilts and leaves a gap at the top of the handle, any help would be appreciated, thanks Adam

The part number on the box is correct for 67 only. I don't know about the casting number on the back of the handle though.

The casting number on my original 67 handle does not match the one on his.i suspect a 68-72 handle he has there.

Even though the casting # is different it may be 1967 correct. Ask the seller if the bolts thread straight in or at an angle & you will get a positive ID.

I'm pretty sure Key Parts make a repro 67 only door handle.

I bought a set a while back but have not installed them. When I get to my shop. I'll try to take a picture to confirm they are correct.

My Pictures make it hard to tell, but the screws on both go straight in. Not angled down like 68 and later.
