Removing the crank shaft pulley.
 
Is it just the 3 bolts + the one in the middle? No puller or any other tool needed?

I believe the pulleys come off as you describe. If you are removing the harmonic balancer, you'll want a puller as it's two pieces held together with rubber and you'll pull it apart if you pull on the outside of it.

The three bolts attach the pulley to the harmonic balancer. The harmonic balancer is held on by the single bolt in the middle. Remove the pulley, and use the three outer holes to attach the puller.
