I changed my plugs the other day and it really wasnt a problem to get to any of them.
67chev--I've never worked on/around a set of angle plug heads, but I dont think you would have a problem. Nothing said they wouldnt work, but they didnt say they would either. Can you post a pic of how the plugs go in your heads. I think they would work there is alot more room around the plug than you think. Sorry I cant help more. Maybe you could call dynomax and see what they say?
