Thanks newbe351, that's the same measurement I've got (about 1/16th of an inch). There are two flat supports on both sides of the wheel opening that I had to cut loose on both sides to repair a couple of holes that are created by the moisture that gets trapped behind these support. I replaced the supports to the original location, but I figured that I had created a warp. I have a feeling that there is supposed to be a slight dip on both sides. I have a decision to make......leave it like it is or make it flat while I'm doing the body work. Thanks for checking for me.

I was reading some of the online tech articals for Project Old School and they mention that this is a major problem area of these year trucks. I haven't even looked at mine since 1/16 is of little concern when there is a hole in the floor that a small child could crawl in and out of
