Sounds fair. I guess you can get at the caps/nuts if you remove the fender but that's alot of work. The two skinny long screwdrivers worked out for me. Mine emblems broke when the idiot painter did a half a$$ job putting them back on with 3M tape. I tried to take them off to reattach and they came off in pieces. That stuff is really strong.
