After I installed mine I had the same problem but a few quick adjustments to the stricker plate and they were shutting great! As long as your doors are bolted on in the correct location, (lined up with body lines and the in/out of the door is correct, all that should be needed is a tweak or two at the stricker.
Don't put up with slamming your doors, you really don't have to.
