I mistakedly got them from LMC, and they were as thin as tin foil. Got a new pair from GMC Paul and they were heavier gage. The passengers side has the indentation for the jack to rest in.

I have heard from a guy I know that year one has crappy light sheet metal too. Sometimes you can get lucky and find a good donor truck to cut parts out of cheaper than buying aftermarket.
