The shift lever for the stick is smaller in diameter than the automatic (non tilt) but can be installed and works good and looks better to me. The stick lever will not fit a tilt column, the end that goes into the housing is different. On my tilt column I took the plastic knob off and had a machine shop cut the shaft down and I reinstalled the knob looks better especially if you have a smaller than stock steering wheel.
