Hey Jim,
If the stock front suspension is still in this truck, pretty much the only full length headers that I know fit into a '60-'62 trucks are from a '64-'66 chevelle. But the flanges will need a cut releave due to the torsion bar arms. Also they can only be installed with the engine out, a young kid here in town did this on his '62.

Shorty headers might also work with the torsion bars too, not sure on how much clearance tho. I'm running hugger headers on the 350sbc in my '62, and have no problems with the torsion bars.

Now if the front suspension has been update with a whole new IFS & saddle, you can run pretty much any header you want, and will have the clearance you need.
