something may have slipped look at it and use a screwqdriver to pry up while you push the button ive had this happen on newer trucks also look with a little light to see if there is a jammed broken off piece of the lock mechanism.. in all likelyhood it will need to be replaced... also inspect the whole piece around the door and make sure nothing is holding the door shut around the edges
