I have a western 8 footer on the front of my truck, and before I replaced the radiator it used to get warm on teh highway. I would guess yours might be clogged up, or not working as good as it once would have. In order for me to get around it, I used to run the plow down pretty low to allow as much air as possible. I would suggest a rad flush or something, and you probably won't have any problems. Good luck.
