They actually make an auto glass removal tool for that,but its probably not cheap.Its kind of a glass installer tool only.Originally the glass was held in with a rubber-clothlike material and when you replace them you just kind of drive it in with a rubber mallet. Alot of installers now days just glue them in with urethane.A local glass shop could probably hook you up for a reasonable price.I like to do stuff myself,so you dont have to fix someones mistake.Good luck.
