I used to set steel wheels up the same way but the problem I found was the trim rings didn't look the same. I wanted the exact same ring but w/different depths & struggled to find them consistent when searching the 'used' sources. That's when I noticed the 88-98 truck trim rings just covered the initial lip of the wheel which IMO 'displayed' more of the wheel itself vs. covering it up.
