The one difference will be the front cab mount and possibly some of the other body mounts. But since you have both frames, just compare and transfer what you need to put the Panel body on the '66 frame

the frt cab mounts are the same are they not; it is the second set that are different, the ones at the back of the p/u cab or behind the seat on the panel
the back of the frames are different as for attaching the back of the panel body(rear crossmember)
