I just finished off my front end last night, in the pouring rain, and slapped on the new rims and set it down. Turns out it's positive cambering on one side, negative on the other, and the tie rod ends need to be adjusted. I found that article and figured I would do just what you said, tommie. That should get me close enough to not screw up my tires on the way over to a shop.
