I forgot to mention that if you jack it up and it is hard to spin the wheel or rotor , just crack open the bleeder screw and close it back up . If that makes it easier to turn then the rubber line is most likely collapsed internally. The master cylinder creates quite a bit of pressure so it will push through the collapsed hose but the piston seals in the caliper flex and that is what pushes the caliper piston back a little to release the clamping force . The seals do not create much pressure to push back and will not push through the collapsed line causin the sticking brake . Releasing the pressure with the bleeder screw will release the pressure in the caliper and up the line to the point of the clog .
