I vote for a burnt wire. Happend to me as well. Manifolds get pretty hot. If the wire is good, unplug it from the sensor and it should go back to cold, then your sensor is bad. Otherwise, grab your schamatic and start tracing it throught the bulkhead connector because you've got a short somewhere. The printed circuits are easiest to look at with the dash out, that is once you figure out which wire on the connector is the one you want.
