It is setup for 2 1/4" air lines come in to the panel, one to the front switches, one to the rear switches, then individual lines out to each bag. There is no dump line, there is a open port on the back of the valve where the air escapes from.

Not that I've seen. There is definitely industrial stuff that does, but nothing small, cheap, and simple like that.
