No idea what you have, its not a Rochester number. The photo shows the location of where you would find the carb ID number. Typically when you go to a parts store and buy a carb that is "re-manufactured" they will add the little metal tag to it as you describe with a number that means something to them. I have never seen a reman that had the original number on the side removed.
