If you already have a 5 x 5 lug pattern with front discs on your truck you can remove the stock studs and have the 5 x 4-3/4 pattern drilled between your 5 x 5 lugs, and they will work. (this is what we did to my truck because of a good deal we got on a set of 17" cragars) just add the proper studs and away you go. The only thing I would check is the amount of back spacingthat those steelies have.....you might need spacers.......Kieth
