Plug them. The one coming from the tank is for purging the tank so the cab doesn't fill up with gas fumes. You can take the canister completely out and leave the line under the truck.

The canister was full of Charcoil to purge the cab out from gas fumes and smog controlls for the engine in 71.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
