For sure with the weight of the truck and to not have to worry about it when you decide to add a little more power (which we all do) the 4l80e is the way to go.

The segment swap with HP Tuners is as simple as download your file, send it to them, they swap the data in the transmission segment and send it back to you.

The wiring is very simple and you can use the terminals you pull from the round plug to wire up the ISS and not have to add any additional wire.
