it all comes down to back spacing of the wheel. 4" back spacing would be the max you want with 15" wheels. i bought a complete kit with 2 1/2 drop spindles from ECE and it all worked with my 4" back space wheels as they said it would. i did grind the nub off the tie rod arm for more clearance to the weights. i have 73-8? 4x4 6 lug rally wheels. i believe those 15x7 are either 4" or a little more. lostmy65 yes thats 3 1/2" back spacing and should work.
