Quick update:

Replaced the short section of rubber under the cab. It had previously been replaced with 3/8s, so I changed it out for 5/16ths. Got it running a bit better, and took it out for a quick drive. Made it through all gears, and ran it at about 50mph. The more I drove, the better it got. At first, it would only run if it was choked. By the time I got home (only 5 min driving), I had the choke at least half open.

I put my dwell tach on it, it's idling around 1100, and dwell is 35 degrees. I'll keep at it!
