Why is that water temp gauge black, and the others are white in that last post

I would want a matching...

Also... Would getting another glove box door and installing gauges in it fit?! Just grab a nice hefty hole saw set, and cut some holes in it. Mount them up, do something fancy for the steering column, and put a couple of holes in it to mount it to the dash...
