I would remove the oil pan and clean it out. Then put in fresh oil and filter. Start it up and run it til it gets warm. Drain it again and new oil and filter. Run it for 500 miles or so, and change the oil and filter again.

I suggest doing this pretty quick before rust starts to form on the cylinder walls, which only takes a day of so.
