I've seen the seat covers you mention. I actually like the stock covers better.
I don't like the exhaust tips, as they come out too low. Considering removing (but saving) and running new exhaust with turn-downs behind the tires.

No, They don't generally need to be replaced unless you want to run more boost. Then you need a smaller pulley to spin the blower faster.
Keep us posted on what you decide to do with the exhaust.
