Those are cool trucks.
Did you get the documentation to go along with it? Does it still have the Carbon fiber engine cover that surrounds the supercharger? |

Fastbrick,
Yes, I got the JGP documentation. This is the most loaded truck of this era I have seen. The window sticker back in 2004 was $43K. It still has the carbon fiber cover for the engine, but I just removed it when I changed oil and stored it away. |

I have seen alot of these for sale that were missing the original cover. The seats and the Front bumper covers are the hardest things to locate for these trucks. Since the Supercharger was also unique on these, pulleys are a little harder to find. |

Oh, and I forgot about the wheels. You may want to swap those too if your gonna be driving this one. Center caps are nearly impossible to find for those too. I see rims every once in a while and they usually need refinishing. but Center caps are not always included and I rarely ever see some one that has one for sale.

Re: 2004 Joe Gibbs Performance Silverado
I will be driving sparingly, so hopefully won't have to hunt down the rare parts. My seats are the usual Silverado cloth material with the JG headrests. What is special about the supercharged pulley?

They had a modified seat that I though came standard with all the fully loaded package that was different from the standard cloth seats. looks like this. http://image.chevyhiperformance.com/...rior_Seats.jpg http://s223.photobucket.com/user/boo...t4005.jpg.html |

Re: 2004 Joe Gibbs Performance Silverado
Do the pulleys require replacing after time?
I've seen the seat covers you mention. I actually like the stock covers better. I don't like the exhaust tips, as they come out too low. Considering removing (but saving) and running new exhaust with turn-downs behind the tires. |
