But, doors are interchangeable also... Mirrors can change too, but when going from 71 to 72 style, I believe some holes are left in the 71 cab (good clue). VIN tags are not (or, at least, SHOULD not be). When you pick it up - I'd make sure the VINS all match (SPID (fake or not), metal tag, and frame (not as important to me)) - just so you can be comfortable or, at least, aware of the originality.
