I second buying it all from one vendor. Either choice you can't go wrong, though there are pros/cons to each. For what it's worth, the PB kit uses Ridetech coilovers.

If you decide to go with PB, Level 1 will be the least invasive and gains approx 1-2" of ground clearance. You can keep your inner fenders, bed floor, possibly low hump cab and stock mech fan. Level 2/3 buys 3" ground clearance, but gets pretty complex/spendy with needing inners, high hump, hood hinges, raised bed floor, rack notch, 2-piece driveshaft, etc, etc, etc.

I just ordered a Lvl 1 coilover and will try to get away with doing as little 'extra' as possible. We'll see how that plan goes
