The OP, Carystone72, could run the frame numbers by his state auto bureaucracy [DMV, MVD, etc.] and check if it's a hot number. Or frame numbers plus the probable prefix K E 14 [0T xxxxxx].
Or, if it's already registered, he could shut up and ''fuggedaboudit'', and let sleeping bureaucrats lay.
Not my call.
