Look at the rivets on the tags. Those are NOT the original roset rivets from the factory. Someone changed tags.

Either a chopshop stolen truck at some point or last Title had issues so somebody put a clear Title/Vin plate on it, or the truck is a miss match of parts. Lots of mutt trucks out there unfortunately, and lots of guys converting or using C's for K's as the C bodies are typically in better condition.
