The factory drains are not round wholes. they are about three ribs from the edge. They are a bent down section of rib on the floor and clog very easily with dirt. You can run a stiff wire or a nail through them to relieve the debris that is clogging the whole. That should fix your issue. I have to do mine a couple times a year from dirt and leaves clogging them up.
