drain
So I lowered the front of my 70 C10 and now of course the bed fills with water on rainy days. Does anyone have a good idea for a drain that looks half way decent I don't want to drill a big hole in the bed?

I thought the factory floor had to holes in each front corner for that reason. Just drill some small holes there, nothing much, the water will drain as long as you keep the holes clear no mater how small you have em.

I'm with biketopia. My '85 has a hole in each front corner - even if it didn't come that way from the factory I'd consider it a reasonable "update".

I just took my bed apart two weeks ago or I'd go verify. I know my 03 has small 1/8' inch holes in each groove at the front of the bed.

Bed liner? My truck (1972 GMC) has holes in the front of the bed too.

The factory drains are not round wholes. they are about three ribs from the edge. They are a bent down section of rib on the floor and clog very easily with dirt. You can run a stiff wire or a nail through them to relieve the debris that is clogging the whole. That should fix your issue. I have to do mine a couple times a year from dirt and leaves clogging them up.
