Both these trucks are "rusted out".
If you are happy with either driving a rusted truck, or spending BIG bucks getting the bodywork done, I'd keep looking. The suggestion to look at the western states makes sense to me.
As for the shipping, why not get one that runs decently, and make a road trip out if it taking it home?
