Both these trucks are "rusted out".
If you are happy with either driving a rusted truck, or spending BIG bucks getting the bodywork done, I'd keep looking. The suggestion to look at the western states makes sense to me. As for the shipping, why not get one that runs decently, and make a road trip out if it taking it home?

I would love to find a nice truck from out west and drive back but due to work I wouldn't have enough time and plus I would be worried of breaking down out in Kansas and having it towed to WV. That's why I'm shooting for something close and solid but hoping to drive it home wherever it located!
