A 2" will give you just a little rake, and the 2 1/2" will level it. I've got a similar truck (2015 LTZ Double cab) with the same rims as you, and I'm running 275/60/20's without issue at stock height. With your level on, I'd go to a 275/65/20 tire (1" taller than mine and 2" taller than stock). That seems to be the biggest you can safely go without rubbing at full lock or max compression.

Thanks for the info. I guess I will be shopping around for a 2.5 inch leveling kit. And shopping for a good 275/65/20 tire to run on the truck. Time to call in that favor to my buddy at Discount Tire.
