I cant say for sure, but 2 out of three of my trucks is like that, and it is the radiator support off center. A way to check if it is in the body or the chassis is to look at and measure the front bumper alignment with the sheetmetal. The bumper is hitched to the frame, so it should be a good fixed reference.
Many of these year trucks have loose radiator support to frame mounts, and the front end metal gets offset.
