I put my battery behind the passenger side on the frame. You really need the bed on to do this so you get proper position. I also put a cut off switch along the way to the starter so I can shut the battery off from the rest of the truck. I only left the stereo hooked up to keep the memory. Chevy, did you buy a kit? Or did you fab up your own box? I love the location of that setup. I'm wondering how the weight distribution of the battery in the middle/rear, along with a tank relocation is affected by these two moves.
