Anybody ever minitubbed a fleetside with a steel bed? I'm thinking of doing this. I was going to leave the stock width rearend in it but take the wheelwells out and cut the bed and then widen the factory wheeltubs and then measure for the right backspace for the wheels. I have leaf springs and also a factory steel bed floor. I have the truck completely disassembled so now would be the time. After doing some measuring I think you could widen them about 3" without hitting any braces under the bed floor. I was wondering if anybody has ever done this and how wide of a wheel did you end up running? I did a search and could'nt find anything. Any pics is appreciated. Thanks, Bryan
