Tranny cooler line is a flare. If it's leaking then it is either not tight enough or the flare is damaged. Becarefull about over tightening into the side of the tranny. It's aluminum and can be stripped.
I think there is an adaptor there and if so where the adaptor fits into the tranny the Teflon tape is the ticket like bigblock73 said.
