#10 screw 5/16” long. Most #10 screws at the hardware store will have a 5/16” hex head on them, they will work as there is enough room for a socket or wrench. If you can’t get on short enough, take something like a cut off wheel on a dremel tool & cut it to length. 1/4” in length will work also, I would not go any longer than 5/16” as it would bottom out on the shift tube inside the column.
