I ended up having to pull the window regulator out, then take out the screw on the bottom of the front channel, and then insert the window, and slide it up and down several times to see where it would move the easiest.
Had to redrill the bottom hole for the screw.
I also added a riv-nut to the top of the back channel.
Yes, it lays against the door latch, with a gap...so I drilled a hole in the channel, and installed the riv-nut from inside the channel, towards the door latch. (Bottom portion of riv-nut pointing towards the door latch)
Inserted the stock screw, and tightened up.
Way more sturdy, and less flopping around of the glass.
