All the lines were checked & double checked & after closer inspection it appeared that it was coming from somewhere around the master cylinder so I set up me camera to see what happened when I applied the brakes and was shocked to see that the pressure switch on the proportioning valve was gushing fluid, not from the threaded connection but from around the front section by the plug. Somewhat surprised that this would fail especially since it's new.

This is like the third time i have heard about proportioning valve leaks and some failures. All were aftermarket Asian made. Glad you found it. Curious as to how you just capped it off.
