If you look at the home page of the electrical forum and find the heading "electrical forum Faqs by Vettevet", then click on it and scroll down to the Heading ", Why won'?"t my turn signals work?" You will get the answer you need.

You need to find the middle wire in the harness plug which should be a brown wire. Then check it for 12 volts with the key off or on. If you don't get 12 volts then your hazards will not work and if you do then the problem is in the signal switch.
The second post will tell you how all the wires are run and what they do.
